In 2020, determined to learn about how to be as healthy as possible, I began focusing inward on how my body works, natural remedies and ancient techniques.

My discovery of the healing affects of herbs, breathwork and meditation completely inspired a new way of being.

I'm so thankful for these revelations because I’m happier, healthier, and living a more meaningful life.

In 2022, I entered into the realms and wisdom of yoga, embarking on a transformative journey that continues to enrich my life.

This path has led me to a deeper understanding of habits, symptoms, and behaviors, providing me with valuable insights into the mind-body connection.

  • * USE approximately 1 tbs. of dried herb per 8 oz. of water.

    Boil 8 oz. of SPRING water.

    Add herbs to an empty air tight jar.

    Pour hot water over herbs & cover.

    Allow steeping process 10-20 minutes. (More components are extracted the longer the water is steeped).

    Strain the infusion, allow to cool & drink!
